Acquisition of Performance Fluid Equipment Inc.’s Western Canadian Operations

Effective December 1st, 2006, Rotating Right Inc. of Edmonton, Alberta, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Performance Fluid Equipment Inc. (PFE) of Orillia, Ontario, Western Canadian Sales Business.

According to Len Kerekanich, President of Rotating Right, the acquisition of PFE’s Western Canadian Operations was a great fit for us. With the acquisition, we secured the exclusive distribution rights to the seepex progressing cavity pump line and the CTP twin and three screw pump lines.

PFE’s existing markets included waste water treatment plants, chemical metering, the food industry and the pulp & paper industry. Rotating Right will be able to offer more in house manufacturing, field & shop service and fabricating to PFE’s customers.

With the acquisition, Rotating Right will be able to offer our clients 5 different options for multiphase pumping applications. With the addition of the seepex multiphase pump and the CTP twin screw pump, it adds to our existing Tri-Phaze pump, the MTP Piston Pump and the Rotating Right Duplex double acting pump. No one can match our offering, allowing us to offer the best pump for the right application.
