Acquisition of Reciprotating Equipment Services Ltd.

Effective April 3, 2006, Rotating Right Inc. of Edmonton, Alberta, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Reciprotating Equipment Services Ltd. of Edmonton, Alberta.

According to Len Kerekanich, President of Rotating Right, the acquisition of Reciprotating will allow us to better service our customers. Reciprotating allows us to broaden our service and product depth and at the same time offer more in house manufacturing, service and fabricating to Reciprotatings’ customers. Reciprotating was well known for being a premier supplier of parts, service and repair of centrifugal pumping systems.

With the acquisition, Rotating Right will continue with Reciprotating’s key distribution vendors, including being Cobetas’ exclusive Western Canadian Distributor. Cobeta is known both nationally and internationally as a manufacturer of cost effective alternatives that meet or exceed OEM specifications.

Further, Len stated “As with our acquisition of Tate Power in 2004 that added engine products and services, our goal with the acquisition of Reciprotating is to better service our customers through product depth, service capabilities and product expertise.”
