Acquisition of Tate Power

Effective October 1, 2004, Rotating Right Inc. of Edmonton, Alberta, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Tate Power of Edmonton, Alberta.

Tate Power is a distributor of engines and generators for the Western Canadian Oilpatch. With the acquisition Rotating Right will grow the business to the level it was at in the early 90’s. Len Kerekanich of Rotating Right feels that this acquisition will allow us to augment our current pump offering with the supply of engines and allow us to offer a more economical offering to our clients. Tate Power was well known for being a large generator sales and rental supplier of Nissan, Chrysler, and GMC industrial engines as well as diesel and natural gas generators up to 1000 kW.

Further, Len stated “Our acquisition of Tate Power will bring greater value to our customers in the future as we continue to grow and expand our operations.”
