International Service Rates
- A. Rotating Right Inc. will provide the services of a qualified and experienced service representative to assist International customers in the operation of their Hydraulic Pumping Equipment/System, training of customer personnel and technical system consultation.

- Thirteen hundred and eighty eight U.S. Dollars (US$1,388) per day for each day of availability of the Rotating Right representative to the customer. Days begun before noon, or ending after midday will count as full days. In addition, the daily rate will be charged for one travel day incoming and a second travel day outgoing at the end of the assignment.
- For service at an offshore location, the daily rate will be fifteen hundred and eighty eight U.S. Dollars (US$1,588) per day for each actually spent offshore.
- A standby charge will occur if the Service Representative has been called, by the customer and the customer is not ready. The standby charge is nine hundred and fifty U.S. Dollars (US$950) per day for every day of standby that a Field Service Engineer is waiting at the local base to go on the job.
- A transport charge equal to the cost of all air fares (business class on trips over 6 hours total duration), board, accommodation and reasonable traveling expenses, etc., incurred by the Rotating Right representative while traveling to and from point of origin and the customer's principle offices and field locations in the country of operation.
- A living expense charge equal to the cost incurred by the Rotating Right representative for his board, accommodation and daily traveling expenses while in the service of the customer. .
- The cost of all telex, fax, telephone and all other communications that are required for the professional execution of the proper service.
- The customer will pay the cost in Paragraph B above by settlement of a monthly account or trip account, invoice in arrears by Rotating Right, and shall arrange for the sum due to be paid by bank transfer.
- The customer shall pay the cost in Paragraph B5 & B6 as a part of the account mentioned in Paragraph C, or provide/make available these requirements to the Rotating Right representative.
- It shall be understood that the amounts payable in Paragraph B above are net to Rotating Right. In the event that local laws require any payment of taxes, or the like, on any of these amounts, the rates will be grossed up to accommodate the required deductions. The customer will be invoiced the grossed-up rate, less the local tax which is to be paid by the customer for Rotating Right.
- Rotating Right personnel will be covered, at Rotating Right's expense, by all the necessary insurance coverage commensurate with their International service responsibilities.
